We have three restaurants, each one intended to delight you with it's culinary specialties.
The EssZimmer is recommended for the enthusiast of Italian cuisine, in particular our chef's delicacies from Bolzano - Alto Adige. The Stüva is an à la carte restaurant that puts everybody in a good mood with it's warm wood panelling in Swiss pine. Given our client's high consideration of the Stüva, this year we decieded to add a new restaurant, the Stüvetta, based on the same successful formula.
The cozy atmosphere and straightforward design of our interiors are reflected in our dishes. We use home-cooking recipes to delight you every day with genuine, healthy yet tasty meals. To make our dishes taste even better we have a selection of over 170 wines.
Our lounge is a favorite among our guests to enjoy moments of pleasant relaxation.
